March Meeting Minutes Attendance: Patrice Lehmann; Linda Drzyzga; Carla Cucinella-Nyschick Rudy Weirich; Jay Frucci; Bill Lowery; Alan Carter; Lorri Milewski; Leah Symons President's Report - nothing new to report except comedy night a success; financials are in order; should be next week. Vice President Report - invoice for winter's sport's program given to Lorri; Bill is finalizing for table approved up to $20K but may need another $250 to close the deal; Bill motioned to increase to $20,250; Lorri second; all in favor in case we need to increase. Bill cancelled BB for next Sunday due to Rock CF; Secretary Report - hopefully places bricks soon Treasurer Report (Linda D) - discussed the process for the soccer banner program and how checks will be made out for the donors who are purchasing banners; it is all straightened out and will be made to school and distributed properly. Dr. Carter asked about colors and he approves. Lorri's report - sold $168 tickets; $428 on 50/50; get rest of numbers for actual report. $10,318.00 before expenses. Need to get food number and add in Venmo information. AD Report - award night had gone well; good feedback; two signings - Carson Pate; Kate Kilroy; Spring Sports started on Monday; spring parent meetings as soon as coach's finalize; need more track; baseball players to come out; schedules are out on line; looking for extra JV matches as we have many who have come out for that. Old business of proposed wresting mats purchase for this year; 2021 wrestling bought practice mats shared with cheer and youth program; wrestling has someone who wants to buy the old mats for $2K and looking to purchase new mats for $8500 and with the selling of the old will reduce to $6500; Wrestling looking for boosters to share half or pay all if possible. The last we bought competition mats was in 2017; Update on the bond; the package has been awarded and we had to scale down on a few things to stay on budget; score board has been chosen and the colors. Jim has asked Plant Morin to put a display board together so people can see. Homing is September 27th; and golf outing is still tbd. Uniforms of 24/25 boys/girls cc; competitive cheer; boy/girls golf; and track. Old/New Business - Wrestling Mat Motion - selling old for $2K; new purchase is $8500 so balance to be pay is $6500; looking to have at least half; all agree to half but Bill motioned to up to $5K Linda D Second; all agreed and motion passed. New Buisiness - Leah Symons asked about banner program for fall and Dr Carter suggested coming back in August due to construction and we need to see where board's position is to make sure construction status. Jay mentioned moving into fall it should be football going to the board with request for doing this fall's program verses any potential new teams wanting to do the program (note to self re-write this with proper info).
